Her most important roles are in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (Willow Rosenberg, best friend of Buffy), sitcom How I Met Your Mother (Lily Aldrin) and in the American Pie film series (Michelle Flaherty). She is married since 2003 and has two daughters. Alyson is a Godmother of Joss Whedon’s son.
