Yvonne was born 30 July 1982 in Werrington Downs, Australia to Polish parents. She is most famous as Sarah Walker on Chuck TV series and Hannah McKay on Dexter. She also appeaed in several movies, such as Killer Elite, The Outback, and The Guilt Trip.
